All Things Consulting, LLC was founded by Justin Steitz, a financial services executive with almost 25 years of experience in the broker-dealer and registered investment adviser industry. Over that time, Justin has held the titles as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and FINOP at various firms. Justin has worked at several different types of broker-dealers including an independent contractor model, a credit union owned dual registrant firm, a start-up fintech firm serving credit unions and community banks and an ATS structured broker-dealer.

That range matters. Compliance decisions affect finance, operations, technology, and the client experience, and leaders who have carried each of those responsibilities see the connections others miss. We started this firm to put that experience to work for firms that want practical, senior-level guidance without building a large internal team.
